Alcohol and beer may be served at most events to those 19 years and older; proof of age may be required. Alcohol cannot be brought into the facility; alcohol purchased inside the facility cannot leave the building. Please see Guest Conduct & Courtesy page.

Alcohol-Free Seating

Alcohol-free seats are available in Sections A and B in the Arena Bowl. Request these seats from your ticket seller at the time of purchase.

Arena Bowl Rentals

The Langley Events Centre is designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs, including accessible ticket office counters, elevator access, and premium reserved seating.

Gate 3, located at the northwest end of facility, is designated for guests with mobility challenges. For certain events, Gate 6 will also be open. Both entrances have elevator access to all four levels.

Audio / Video

Sorry, the use of audio and video recording devices are prohibited.

Baby Changing Stations

  • Level 1 (main lobby) restroom
  • Level 3 (main concourse): four restrooms
  • Level 4 (suite level) restroom


All bags (camera bags, purses, backpacks, etc.) may be subject to search upon entry. Please have your bag ready for search before you arrive at the gates to accelerate the process. We do accept various items for check such as video cameras (prohibited inside the facility), audio recording devices (prohibited inside the facility), wheelchairs, and strollers. Items are secured in a locked room, however, we cannot be responsible for items left at these locations. At the end of an event, unclaimed items will be taken to Lost and Found.

Banners / Signs

Banners and signs are welcome provided they do not disrupt the view or experience of other guests and the content is tasteful. Banners and signs are subject to search and may be confiscated if messages are inappropriate. Banner poles and sign sticks are not permitted.

Banquet Hall Rentals

The Banquet Hall is available for rent on an hourly or daily basis. Contact for more information.


While we cannot provide binoculars, we welcome their use at our events.

Booster Chairs

Booster chairs are not provided by the facility.

Cell Phones

We welcome courteous use of mobile phones. Please ensure the use of your phone does not interfere with the event or another guest’s enjoyment of the event.


Kids under 36” tall are admitted without a separate ticket if they remain on the lap of an accompanying adult for the entire event. Children over 36” tall require a separate ticket and must sit in their ticketed seat for the safety and consideration of those seated around them. We must deny entry at the gate if a ticket is not presented for a child exceeding the height limit.

Concession stands are located throughout the facility and are operated by Tiara Food and Beverage Concepts. All permanent concession stands accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Portable kiosks accept cash only. ATMs are readily available in our facility (see ATMs for specific locations). Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Designated Driver Program

We encourage fans to volunteer as a designated driver for the members of their group to and from the Langley Events Centre on Vancouver Stealth game nights. Fans of legal drinking age with a valid I.D. can sign the LEC pledge at Customer Service Level 3 any time after doors open. Upon sign-up, the designated driver pledges to refrain from drinking at the game and to provide responsible transportation for all members of their group. In return, the designated drivers will receive a coupon for a free fountain drink from the north or south concession and will be entered into a prize draw. Winners will be announced near the end of the second quarter. In addition, the designated driver will be asked to wear a wrist band that identifies them as such to all alcohol service concessions.

Duplicate Ticket Policy

To avoid purchasing invalid tickets, obtain your tickets from Ticketmaster or other authorized agents. We cannot honour lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets. Anyone who knowingly or unknowingly gains entry using invalid tickets will be subject to eviction without compensation.

50 / 50 Ticket Proceeds

50/50 tickets are sold at:

  • Rivermen home games until the end of the second intermission
  • Stealth home games until the end of the half

Proceeds from the 50/50 draw belong to the charitable group administering the draw. Team websites display winning amount and winner information.


Physical and verbal altercations will not be tolerated. Guests who display abusive behaviour are subject to eviction without compensation and may be subject to arrest. For more information, see our Guest Conduct & Courtesy.

Intoxicated Fans

We will deny entry to intoxicated guests. Intoxicated guests causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to arrest.

Professional Cameras

Professional cameras (cameras with a detachable lens) are not permitted inside the facility during ticketed events unless authorized in advance by Langley Events Centre staff. If staff believe a camera is being used inappropriately, photography equipment may be confiscated.

Prohibited Items

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • audio or video recorders, professional cameras
  • banner sticks or flag poles
  • bottles, cans, and containers
  • hockey and lacrosse sticks
  • illegal substances
  • incendiary devices
  • items the contents of which cannot be inspected or displayed
  • laser pointers
  • outside food or drink, including alcohol
  • pets other than service animals
  • pressured gas noise making devices
  • weapons of any type


Anyone leaving the facility during a paid event will not be allowed to re-enter the building without purchasing a new ticket. Any exceptions must be approved by the on-duty Event Supervisor.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome.

Smoking Policy

We offer a smoke-free environment which includes e-cigarettes and personal vapourizers. Guests found smoking inside the Langley Events Centre will be evicted. Note there are no in-and-out privileges during ticketed events. Smoking is not permitted within seven metres from the building.

Special Assistance Identification

Ticket Scalping

While scalping - or ticket resale - is not an illegal practice, we prohibit scalping on the Langley Events Centre property to protect guests from harassment and price gouging. Scalpers will be asked to leave; failure to do so may result in arrest for trespassing.

Will Call

Pick up Will Call tickets at the Ticket Office (east or west). Will Call is open 60 minutes prior to event start time until halfway through the event. To obtain tickets, bring a picture ID and your confirmation number or credit card used to purchase the tickets.
